When you're working with your team, if you have a team, remind them of the importance of their responsibility for positivity. At my company, I'm CIO, Chief Inspiration Officer. I am CEO. You know what CEO stands for? Chief Encouragement Officer. But I share with my team, they too are responsible when they start a video call, when they do a meeting, when they're jamming in our open workplace. Take a moment to start off. with encouraging people. Start a meeting with your wins. Where are you winning? Share a win. Bring your positivity to the workplace. MotherTeresa said, you know, if every one of us would only sweep our own doorstep, the whole world would be clean. So before you go to work, work on your positivity. Start the morning with 20minutes of exercise to maximize your cognition, increase your energy, release those positive endorphins. Read from a holy book, read from a wise book, journal, but you can't inspire the people at work if you're de-inspired. And this is not just for the founder of the company, this is for every single person on the team. Because all it takes is one negative person to destroy a corporate culture.
