Always be delivering outrageous value. This is something I try my best. I'm no guru. I'm far from perfect. But I don't think you're going to find many people who give as much energy and devotion to try to walk their talk and live their message. And I really try to live this always be delivering outrageous value. So my challenge to you is it's really shift from ego and what's in it for you, which is all about what's in it for me. Will I make more money? Will I get fame and fortune? Will my boss like me? Will people think I'm cool? Those are just ego pursuits that victims adore. Leadership is so different. It's not ego, it's service. How can I help people? How can I give awesome amounts of value to my marketplace? And the funny thing, or the paradoxical thing is, if this becomes your dominant focus, you will give your customers and your stakeholders so much value. They would not dream of doing business with anyone else.
