To reach for the heavens of your highest habits is a wonderful move. It shows the depth of your hope, the respect you have for the realization of your genius and the greatness of your ambition. How wonderful!

 Yet, to err is (very) human. No one is consistent 100% of the time (no matter what they try to show you through their curated social media feeds).

 So cut yourself some slack. Just do your best, each and every day. And rather than trying to transform your life too quickly and setting yourself up to fail, grow in increments—understanding that daily micro-goals that get done eventually turn into deep lifetime habits.
